| 1. Merchandise must be returned within 90 days for refund or exchange. |

2. A copy of the original invoice must accompany shipment. |
| 3. Customer pays shipping charges returning merchandise to Hice Sewing and we pay to ship exchange back to the customer. |
| 4. Merchandise must be in original condition. ( NOT WASHED or WORN with LABELS STILL IN PLACE) |
| 5. Refund on credit card purchase will result in credit applied to the card. |

All special orders are sold as is with no refund or exchange. |
